APPLICATIONS Stator Our HDP1100 uses a 138mm dual 3phase stator and runs cooler and - more importantly - allows efficient high output at all RPM ranges. Rectifier Our HDP1100 uses a rectifier with an extra large heatsink and 12 80A avalanche protected heavy duty diodes. Pulley As a true drop-in replacement, HDP1100 uses a standard, non-overdrive 2.25in/57mm pulley and does not require the installer to change the drive belt. Balanced 16 Pole Rotor To increase the efficiency and overall output, our HDP1100 has a balanced, 16 pole dual-cooling rotor with a minimum air gap for maximum performance. Encapsulated Brush Holder The encapsulated brush holder design protects brushes and has a slip ring to extend the life of your alternator. Regulator The 15V set point temperature coefficient regulator increases alternator efficiency by sensing extreme temperatures and adjusting accordingly. In addition, this regulator also has the highest field amperage draw rating available.
